If you are underweight by 1 kg, then before going drink alot of water almost 1.5 litre
Tips for Under Chest:
Inhale more air when then say to hold breath.
Tips for Running:
This is probably the toughest test from initial test. You've to run 1mile(1.6km) in 8 min.
This is not a race so don't be in hurrry.
just relux and gradually speed yourself up.
Don't be at last during the race try to be in the middle and never give up.
Don't stop during running, if you stopped you can't run again. so keep running.
